If the Customer refuses to pay for the services that were not performed, the money for the order will be refunded in full.
The transfer of funds takes up to 7 calendar days.
Funds for orders that were paid with an online bank card are returned to the bank card that the order was paid with.
In other cases, the refund is transferred to the details of the bank from which the payment was made, or specified in the contract at the conclusion.
The deadline for crediting funds to your bank account depends on the conditions of the bank in which it is opened.
If a refund to a card or checking account is not possible, the funds are transferred to functioning bank details.
Specify the details for the refund in the request for a refund via the support ticket, or in the section of your personal account.
